Rental Returns

All rented items must be returned by the agreed-upon return date and time. Late returns may incur additional rental fees as specified in your rental agreement.

Return Condition

Items must be returned in the same condition as received. This includes:

  • All original components and accessories
  • No damage beyond normal wear and tear
  • Clean and properly packaged
  • All documentation provided with the item

Damage and Loss

Renters are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the rental period. Charges for repair or replacement will be assessed based on:

  • Extent of damage
  • Repair costs
  • Replacement value if item cannot be repaired
  • Loss of rental income during repair period

Inspection Process

Upon return, all items will be inspected for condition and completeness. Any issues will be documented and discussed with you promptly.

Refund Policy

Rental fees are generally non-refundable once the rental period has begun. However, we may consider refunds or credits in the following circumstances:

  • Items are unavailable due to our error
  • Items are significantly different from what was described
  • Early return due to circumstances beyond your control (subject to approval)

Early Returns

If you need to return items before the scheduled return date, please contact us in advance. Early returns do not automatically result in refunds, but we will work with you to find a fair solution.

We also offer pickup services for an additional fee. Please coordinate return arrangements in advance.
